throw back to an AirBnB project I did for a good friend in Leadville, CO! If you haven’t been it’s one of the coolest preserved western towns and you should check it out. And if you manage an AirBnB… you should let me help you design it!
DYK on average rental property managers see a 15–35% revenue increase from renovations/design upgrades?? By investing a little you can expect better reviews, a higher occupancy rate, and charge a higher nightly rate. Investing in design is a good business decision (is what I tell myself every time I redecorate a room in my house 😂)
you don’t need a full remodel… but you absolutely 100% do need to swap out those builder grade lights and mirrors.

Size matters. (Yep, I said it!)
Nothing kills a beautiful space faster than undersized art doing the bare minimum on a giant wall. If your piece looks like it’s apologizing for being there… it’s too small.
A few quick rules to live by:
• Go big enough that your art takes up ~60–75% of the wall or furniture width
• When in doubt, size up — “too big” is almost always better than “too small”
• Hang at eye level (about 57–60” to center) unless you’re styling above furniture
• Over a sofa or console? Aim for 2/3 the width for that effortless, designer look
Think of art as the anchor, not the afterthought.
Bigger art = bigger impact. Every time.
