Crater Ridge

Everyone is so curious about all the little peeps coming from mama duck! Well, almost everyone. The greener grass has someone preoccupied.

I love the reflection of the trees on the water, so I added the photo. It’s peaceful.

Merry had a little lamb and it’s so cute!!
I’m currently just staring at them, because Merry is a first time mom and is trying to figure this baby thing out. She has finally let him nurse!

It was a gorgeous day! Lots of animal maintenance accomplished!

Fresh gulf shrimp and a new avocado salad recipe! Homemade caramel rolls topped off our great meal! I did make my own cocktail sauce - which is so much better than the jar!

3 avocados
Cherry tomatoes
Corn - cut off the cob
Scallions

Dressing:
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1½ tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 small garlic clove (minced)
• Salt + pepper
• Chopped cilantro

Shake it up and toss
