Food always works!!!! And they are learning fractions, nutrition and working together! So much fun!

We might have cracked the code to getting kids to eat their vegetables… 🥕🥦

In our Cooking After-School Program, students made their very own pasta salad from scratch! They chopped fresh vegetables, measured ingredients for the dressing, and even added their own cheese sticks for the perfect finishing touch.

The result? Every child loved their salad — and one student was even heard saying they were going to make it for breakfast! 😄

A huge thank you to the amazing instructors from Chartwells who continue to teach, inspire, and encourage our kids to enjoy both making and eating healthy food. 🍝💚

The connections created at Keane Kids will follow these children for years to come....maybe best friends, partners in a reading exercise or in the chemistry lab in High School. We are hoping for longevity!!!!!
