Three Treasures (Sàam bao in Chinese) is a cultural term with significant meaning and various interpretations. The boys have been asking to go to Outback just for the bread. Rather than spending $200 on dinner I tried to make it myself. Still needs a little work, but the consensus was it’s yummy!

Preparing for tomorrows HUGE class with Wethersfield Adult Education and forgot about this dough last night. Totally thought it overproofed but got lucky. There’s one reason to appreciate the cold weather!

Local sourdough friends, I’ve got 4 gently used bannetons I’d like to find a new home for (they’ve been floured, so have a bit of dry flour at the bottom). Free for the taking for the first ones to comment. Porch pick up in Wethersfield pls. 🙂
