The process may consist of sudden realizations accompanied by emotions that feel heavy in our hearts. It involves acceptance, unlearning and relearning to show up authentically in our lives! The process of coming back home to our true selves takes courage, vulnerability, determination and self-compassion but all the hard work it’s definitely worthwhile! ✨

ART combines the power of eye movements, Gestalt, cognitive reframing and guided imaginary with desensitization techniques to process traumatic/stressful experiences.
