CLSI is a multi-disciplined engineering, surveying and planning firm located in Westminster, Maryland. We currently have over 30 staff members consisting of licensed professional engineers and professional land surveyors, as well as survey crews, environmental specialists, design engineers, CADD technicians and administrative support personnel. We have been practicing throughout Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania for 48 years and as CLSI since 1993.
