EAA Chapter 1384 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating community for anyone with a passion for aviation. We build, fly, and educate.
We are based at KDMW, Carroll County Regional Airport, Westminster MD, USA. We are a non-profit volunteer organization that is dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of aviation. Whether you fly, build, restore or simply enjoy aircraft and aviation, you are welcome to attend our events and join our chapter. Chapter 1384 on the move! 2 chapter members are working on their LSRM-M certification during the 15 day LSRM course. Major changes coming with MOSAIC in July!
