Speaking of cool home features, I had the privilege to step out from behind the camera and help build a secret slide in the basement of one of our projects this weekend. We can’t wait to see the finished product once everything is put into place.

North Ridge is in the final stages of our Zionsville build. We can’t wait to turn the keys over to our amazing clients just in time for the holiday season!! This house is filled with amazing selections and features including secret rooms, home theatre, and four beautiful kitchens. Stay tuned for the final result coming to you next week!

We can only post beautiful finish photos if we partner with expert subcontractors. These photos show the precision of installation of tile and countertops in one of our projects.

We often get questions about our project scheduling process. We stagger our projects to prevent an excessive number of individuals from being present on-site simultaneously. Additionally, we strive to avoid overworking or overscheduling our exceptionally skilled people who work with us to create these amazing builds.

North Ridge had a site meeting this week with our clients as we move into the final stages of their beautiful project in Zionsville, IN.

NEW PROJECT. North Ridge is building a Barn Apartment to move a couple and their horses to their dream property while we design their dream custom home!!

Fall is almost here . . . We are back to school and soccer fields and working on the finish stage to move another family into their new home. We wanted to take a moment to thank our clients, subcontractors and friends who have been patient and supportive after our accident this summer. More than ever, we are grateful for the people in our lives and the work we get to do.
