This is the process that I go through for engraving most metals. I do passes to engrave the metal and then remove any buildup. The second video is polishing he engraved area, and the third video shows the blackening step. On this particular project, I took a customer’s handwriting and made it into a file that could be used for engraving. I could not have hoped for a better result!

I had a customer looking for some groomsmen gifts and set him up with some engraved Kershaw knives. I convinced him to write out their names to give the engraving a more personal touch.

Finally getting the settings dialed in for pictures. The original picture of Harry and Lucy wasn’t great quality and made it a little blurry, but I’m excited to give it a try with a better image!
