Over the past two years, Shane has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, accountability, work ethic, and a genuine level of CARE for both our team and our consultants. He has played a major role in helping support our continued growth while always being willing to step up, collaborate, and lead by example.
Shane’s promotion reflects not only his recruiting success, but also the trust and respect he has earned across the organization. In his new role as Recruiting Manager, he will oversee our recruiting and sourcing teams, focusing on coaching, development, training, and performance, while continuing to serve as a player-coach and strategic partner to the business.

While the day commemorates an important moment in Mexican history, it’s also become a meaningful way to recognize and appreciate Mexican culture and heritage.
