Join us in welcoming Breleigh to the Outreach Promos team. Actually, she has worked with us very part-time for a few years, but we are excited to have her with us full-time now!

As the newest member of our Operations Team, Breleigh will help support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps projects moving smoothly and ensures our clients receive the service and attention they deserve.

We asked Breleigh a few fun questions so everyone can get to know her a little better:

What was the best concert you have attended?
-My best concert I have ever attended was Don Toliver in 2024.

Are you a morning person or night owl?
-I am definitely a night owl.

What's your dream vacation destination?
-My dream vacation is to go to Hawaii and swim with sharks.

Summer Fridays are officially back!

Our team gets Fridays off during the summer (assuming the work is done. Priorities first!). It’s something we genuinely look forward to each year and a small way we invest in work-life balance, recharge time, and enjoying a little more sunshine with family and friends.

We had a great time at the Slowdown Summit last week and were proud to support such a meaningful experience.

We had the privilege of partnering on merchandise for the inaugural Slowdown Summit—and it was unlike any event we’ve supported. At Outreach Promos, we believe merchandise should elevate an experience, not distract from it. This summit was a perfect example of that philosophy in action.

In a landscape where most events are built around speed, noise, and nonstop networking, the Slowdown Summit took a different approach. Every detail was intentionally designed to create space for reflection, deeper conversations, and more meaningful connections—especially for introverted, neurodiverse, and thoughtful professionals.

A few takeaways that resonated with our team:
• Effective leadership doesn’t have to be loud
• Connection will always outweigh transaction
• Intentional experience design changes everything

From the pacing of sessions to the overall environment, the experience was purposeful and impactful. It’s the kind of event that reinforces why thoughtful, well-designed touchpoints—including merchandise—matter.
