🔔POLICY CHANGES BEGINNING MARCH 1
WakeUp MakeUp will now require deposits for all initial bookings. This protects both me, the artist/business owner, and other clients that may be on a waitlist or really hoping for a specific time slot.
Mistakes happen and everyone is guilty of forgetting an appointment or mixing up dates. I prefer to give that grace. The minor deposit does not make up for no shows but will help to encourage clients to book with intention.
I value the trust my clients have in me and will continue to dedicate every minute of their reserved time for them and no one else.
These changes are necessary to provide the best possible service for all my cosmetic tattoo clients.
