At 219 square feet in a one-story building, they offer easy-access parking, super comfy Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, a refrigerator to chill your wine, and opposing windows that let in the fresh Breezeway air with views of our Japanese maple courtyard.

For many years, all of our accommodations have been smoke-free. Effective immediately, our entire property — both inside and outside — is now completely smoke-free.
This updated policy applies to ci******es, ci**rs, pipes, va**ng devices, e-ci******es, and all other smoking products anywhere on Breezeway grounds. A designated smoking area is located behind Building 8.
