Exciting news...Grove Yoga is back!! Tamera Edwards (of Synergy Wellness) is breathing life right back into her!!
Starting January first, Grove Yoga will be offering private & semi-private restorative yoga experiences. These custom sessions will be reiki infused, to take gentle care of your nervous system and empower your whole being. Suitable for beginners, power yogis who need a break, and those who haven't been to a class for a while due to injury or mobility restrictions. Tamera is an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, and has been guiding yoga classes since 2001. She has taken breaks from studio practice due to a challenging health condition which led her to the realm of Yin and Restorative yoga, where she found a way back to physical well being through learning to slow down and honor her body's unique needs, including energy work. Available on Thursdays & Saturdays by appointment. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions (860 245 1313)! Pricing is as follows: Private (one person) 95 . Semi-private- 110 total for 2 people, 125 for 3, 140 for 4. The initial meeting will be approximately 75 minutes to include consult time, and subsequent sessions can be 60 minutes & will be offered a $10 discount if scheduled within 60 days.
