At the conclusion of the June 18th Public Hearing, Westerly Planning Board members were "all on the same page" in denying the Winnapaug Comprehensive Permit Application. Westerly’s Town Planner has been asked to draft language for the denial decision that will be voted on by the Planning Board on July 16.
