Chakra Spa is a divinely inspired sanctuary focused on holistic wellness located in the Garden Grove building. Various healing treatments are offered, including infrared sauna, amethyst crystal healing treatment, and a jade and tourmaline bed. All help relieve stress, improve mood, strengthen the immune system, and promote overall wellness.

Infrared Sauna-Induces a parasympathetic response to aid your body in healing, resting, and digesting. This treatment soothes muscles and joints by warming core temperature, promoting circulation and toxin removal through infrared waves.

Amethyst mat-The release of infrared rays and negative ions has long-term benefits, promoting blood circulation, relieving fatigue, improving sleep quality, and accelerating metabolism.

Jade and Tourmaline mat-Negative ions aid with the relief of muscle and joint pain, increase blood circulation, improve lung functioning, and detoxify the body.
