Give it up for this sweet, adorable little cockapoo w/ the surprising name of CRUELLA!

In reality, Cruella is not just the Queen of DayCamp, she is Queen of the big dogs!

She much rather hang out with her big sister Pico and the other big dogs, than those who are more her size and has certainly earned the respect and friendship of all under her rule :)

🐾 Hot paws, not hot pavement! ☀️

Before heading out for a walk, place the back of your hand on the pavement for 7 seconds. If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for your dog’s paws.

Early morning and evening walks are your furry friend’s best bet on warm days. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and keep those tails wagging safely! 🐶💙

Bentley is extra special to Heidi because he was her first private client when she moved to the area and they spent nearly every day together for quite some time. She has known him since he was 10 weeks old and he is most definitely family. So a 12th Birthday is pretty special!

Moose went from rambunctious teenager to scholarly gentleman after completing our DaySchool program. Like many of our young Campers, he knows how to maximize the fun during his Camp days here and always makes the most of his time here! We love you, Moose!

Charlie has been a Camper for over 3 years now and SHE loves to come in and mix things up every Friday.

She's as sweet as she is gorgeous and takes a mighty pretty picture, too!

Most of you have realized already that this year is reportedly the worst tick season on record. I had one client tell me yesterday that he took 29 ticks off his dog after a walk!

As you know with most tick products that you're using, whether it be topical or oral, require the tick to bite your dog in order to work. So we have a lot of customers using supplemental spray on their dog to help repel the ticks s o they don't even get a chance to bite your dog, or you!

We just got a new order in of our popular UltraCruz, all natural Flea & Tick Spray. We also carry Wondercide spray, another all natural product.

We use these sprays on our dogs, on our clothes, on the dogs bedding, etc. One client, even sprays the back of their SUV in case one of the creepy crawlers falls off.

What I love most about them besides the fact that they work great, is they smell incredible!

DOG OF THE WEEK 🐶

This week belongs to a boy with enough energy to make up for the shortened Holiday week - Finch!

Finch has come so far since he began at DYD! both as a DayCamper and also as a student in our DaySchool. He went from furry tornado to well behaved scholar (w/ some small F1 twister moments!)

We are so proud of the team him and his people have become and are excited to see them continue their journey together!
