Receiving and Gifting Love During the Upcoming Holy-Days…

This time of year can be a bit stressful for many people (e.g. juggling schedules, navigating shopping lines, etc…), and it is easy to forget what these days are really all about. With the holidays almost upon us, the thought of Christmas popped into my mind the other day … specifically the actual word “Christmas." To me, the spirit of Christmas is simply "Christ-mas" ... more Christ Consciousness ("mas" means "more" in Spanish).

In the Christian faith, the English word of Christmas is associated with the birth of Jesus/Jeshua, and is a shortened version of “Christ’s Mass”. Whether you are of Christian faith or not, almost all religions acknowledge Jesus/Jeshua as an enlightened person (a prophet, a Bodhisattva, an Avatar, etc…) who taught many things including Christ Consciousness and especially Love.

For those of you a bit foggy on the idea of Christ Consciousness, it is about living a life free of ego and united with the consciousness of the Divine Father or God … which includes loving your fellow man, woman and child and treating others equally with respect as you would want to be treated yourself. Whether you use the word “God”, “Great Spirit”, “Creator” or any other word, in my mind that being is associated with the idea of unconditional love. For the sake of this writing, I will simplify it to just “Love”.

So, from a very simplistic point of view, Christmas to me means having more love … unconditional love … not judgmental or conditional love but just more pure love. So I might suggest that every time you hear the word “Christmas” during this Holy season, regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs, that you call into your life more love ... more love to receive and to also gift to others. I like the visualization of seeing rose pink hearts snowing down all over me and those around me. J

20 Years of Service & Raphael’s Next Free Healing Session …

I hope you are all doing well. October was a milestone for me. October marked my 20 year anniversary since I first started on my path of doing healing work. If it wasn’t for all of you supporting me, I wouldn’t be here now. So, as a way of giving thanks for all of your support, I am doing two things …

Firstly, my next free, long distance healing session will be on next Tuesday, November 21st, just before Thanksgiving here in the U.S.. I will be doing 2 healing sessions on this day (see below for times and to sign up). Some of my previous healing sessions have had secondary focuses corresponding to the healing session. This upcoming session will simply be for anything that you want to heal in your life, in addition to the simple act of me (and you if you would like) giving thanks.

Secondly, I am gifting to 12 people (or pets) a free private, remote healing session … one free session for each of the 12 months of the year. Come December 01st, I will be giving away the first 3 sessions to any of you having birthdays in October, November and December. Please only sign up for the free session being offered during your birthday month. Mother Earth and Focused Thought – How to better manifest things in your life …

The following article talks about a few things that are going on in our planet right now. Please realize that is not meant to scare you. It is meant to encourage you to think about where your focus lies and how to make a change for the better …

During these last few weeks, it has been weighing heavily on my mind about some news and documentary reports about the rising temperature of our oceans. In case you haven’t read about this, according to NASA's research our ocean's temperatures have risen consistently over the last 30 years. This severely affects the ability of the ocean's coral reefs to thrive, and, in turn, also affects the food for all of the ocean life … and in the trickle down process, it will affect our lives as well.

In addition, with the burning of Lahaina on Maui, global warming is again coming to the forefront of the world’s collective consciousness. Now, regardless of your opinion on the topic, if you don’t believe in it, you are still talking about it. If you do believe in it, then you are also talking about it. And part of the manifestation process is that what you focus on, you manifest … especially when your thoughts are fueled by emotion. So what does the universe hear? … “Global warming. Ok, I will give you more of that.” Not exactly what any of us were really asking for.

By changing your focus to having the temperature of our planet and the waters of our oceans being the temperature that manifests perfect health for all beings, everyone gets what they want.

Scientific research, especially in the field of Quantum Physics, has been studying for years the connection between human thoughts and emotions, and how it affects those things that we put our attention on. In short, the result was that our thoughts are much more powerful than most of us think they are ("The Observer Effect" is the phenomenon in which the act of observation alters the behavior of the particles being observed.) This also applies to when we put our focus on our planet.

The easiest way to determine if our focus is correctly aligned is to ask “Is my focus / my intention coming from a place of Fear or Love?” If our focus is on the fear of something happening, then we might want to rethink that. Fear stops us from tuning into our natural, intuitive abilities and connection with God … basically short-circuiting our connection. When coming from a place of Love, all cylinders are firing properly.

The same goes for when you set your intent to heal yourself. Are you focused on trying to release an illness (based on the root fear of having it manifest), or are you focused on the thought that you are a product of God’s Love and that deep down, our bodies know how to manifest perfect health for one each of us ...

We have been perfectly conceived and are always held in the perfect mind of God as perfect beings.
