We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 7:30am at the Westbrook Elks Club, Westbrook, CT. This allows us to be loyal to the members of our group.

We had a great coffee and connections 2 weeks ago and had several guests that were wonderful to meet. A few are joining our PMA group which stands for Positive Mental Attitude! Come visit and see for yourself. 8-9 at Westbrook Elks Lodge this Thursday.

We are looking for new members! We meet every other Thurs at our new location, the Westbrook Elks Club, starting tomorrow, 10/13 at 7:30 am- 8:30 am.
