The Transformation Project
The Transformation Project is a recovery and reentry ministry that offers FREEDOM, HOPE, and TRANSFORMATION through Christian discipleship. ttpmaine.org
Successful transition back into society after lockup is not easy. Without any support or plan in place, many coming out of corrections are at risk for re-offending. Recidivism is a vicious cycle which leaves our communities broken, unsafe and disjointed. The Transformation Project’s mission is to minimize our 85% recidivism rate and to bring Maine communities together to support its members who ha

“Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.”
Proverbs 11:14
We’re so thankful for the united vision and wisdom God continues to give our Board of Directors.
They meet regularly to pray because we believe every good work begins at the throne of grace; in intercession, confession, and praise.

More than simply making plans, our desire is to seek the Lord TOGETHER, and follow His leading.
We want our plans to be HIS plans!
“Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous; for the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.”
Psalm 1:1-6
Living FREE and living FULL means staying rooted in God’s word, and staying near to those who won’t trip you up but, will continually implant His word in your heart and mind and point you back to Jesus when they see you distracted and down.
Christ is first. ALWAYS!
But, community is vital for our transformation walk.

Happy Birthday to our First Lady 🎉🥳
Nichole brings beauty to everything! She loves people deeply, she extends herself in ways that aren’t seen, and she’s always looking to create a sense of belonging and purpose to the people arround her. She is a strength and anchor to Josh, and a source of endless love and encouragement to her children. Nichole lives joyfully, and fully, out of the freedom she has found in Jesus and it is contagious!!!

Even with the chilly, rainy weather, it was great to be out in the community at Westbrook Days this past weekend. God opened the door for people to stop by and hear what we’re all about. 🙌🏻 what a joy it is to share the good news of a God who saves, transforms lives, and brings freedom to all who will trust and believe in Him.

Kingdom Builders Highlight
We’re excited to welcome Anthony McEwen as The Transformation Project’s new Discipleship Coordinator.
Anthony brings a heart for Jesus, a passion for discipleship, and a desire to see men experience freedom, hope, and transformation through Christian discipleship.
Anthony’s role will help strengthen discipleship within our residential and community ministries, encouraging men to abide in Christ, grow in faith, and walk in the purpose God has for their lives. We are excited to see how God uses him to help men build a strong foundation in Christ and experience lasting transformation.
“I’m excited to be part of a brotherhood that embraces and values God’s call to make disciples who are known by their love for one another. I look forward to seeing God reveal Himself to these men as they learn to abide in Him—through His Word, His Spirit, and His transformative love.” — Anthony McEwen
Please join us in praying for Anthony as he steps into this role and for the men God continues to bring through our ministry. Together, we are building men of integrity, character, and purpose—strong and effective followers of Christ. 🙏

TTP fam,
Let’s give a warm welcome to the newest, and smallest, member of our community, Finnegan “ Finn” Robert McNulty!!
Finn was born 6-3-2026 at 11:05 pm weighing 9 lbs 6 oz. In the words of his mama, “our hearts are so full ❤️ every good and perfect gift is from above” Amen!
✝️
The fam is growing!! We know Finn will grow up in a home and community surrounded by those who will pray for his spiritual well being, that early he will seek the Lord and grow to be a faithful disciple of Jesus like his dad and mom! He’ll also grow up with a bunch of uncles who will be sure he knows how to bait a hook before the age of 3 😉🎣
Congratulations to the McNulty family!
Look what God has done 🙌🏻
🔥 FORGED IN FELLOWSHIP 🔥
This past weekend, men, fathers, sons, and friends gathered in Bethel for our annual Forged in Fellowship camping and fishing trip.
What we experienced was about much more than fishing and campfires.
In Romans 5, we're reminded that perseverance produces character, and character produces hope. Through shared experiences, challenges, conversations, laughter, and simply doing life together, we witnessed God continuing to shape lives and build strong men of character.
We were also encouraged by the promise found in 2 Corinthians 6, where God says, "I will be a Father to you." Many of us know firsthand that God often expresses His fatherly love through other people—through mentors, friends, brothers in Christ, and communities that walk alongside us.
It was a blessing to watch men encourage one another, support one another, and invest in the next generation. Seeing fathers and children together, learning, growing, and making memories reminds us that transformation doesn't happen in isolation—it happens in relationship.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this weekend special.
