It’s wild how we’ll replay one shady comment on loop, but hit “skip” on every compliment. Nope—new rule: if they said something kind, we’re keeping it. Say thank you, let it land, and carry that confidence like it’s part of your outfit. 💅✨

What makes it so difficult for us to accept compliments but hear so loudly when someone says something negative about us?

It’s time to stop the negative from seeping in and accept and really hear the positive things people say about us.

One rep at a time. Never would I have thought I’d be as strong as I am now. Consistency pays off. Believe in yourself.

Man, how routines have changed as you get older. As I prepare my food I’m ice rolling my face and listening to a wellness podcast about the best way to live a healthy lifestyle. Remembering the days when I used to drink a vodka cocktail in the shower at 9 o’clock at night getting ready to go out at 10 pm.
