Practice, intention, and proper guidance are how you get those effortless flows. Stop smashing tricks once and moving onto the next. If you want to ooze into, be present, and feel strong and controlled in your movement, come train with us.

Y'all better be ready to work with our newest addition to the Steel Squad, Grace!
Grace has been poling for 3 years, but her 16 years of strength training including martial arts, weight lifting, dance, and power yoga show in her pole work and movement. She also has a background in theater, mental health couseling, and expressive arts therapy.
Grace has a passion for building strength foundations and understanding the why behind the way our bodies move and what we need to do to get there in a healthy way. Her classes will be built on creating awareness of ones own body, and how to build the functional strength and structure behind what it takes to be a pole baddie.
