Something a little different! Mediterranean smoked paprika pork chop with roasted garlic and mushroom mashed potatoes. The flavors were much tastier than I expected with a light pop of lemon juice as well. The only way to learn is to try!

Easy and delicious! Light and airy fish sandwhich with melted cheese, shredded lettuce, toasted bun and homemade tartar sauce. Great for hot days as they a very easy and quick to make plus the signature compostable paper plate!

Spring/summer finally kicking in. Our first Kentucky mule of the year. One of the easiest and one of my favorite warm weather cocktails. Easy to make maybe a little too easy to drink!

Yummmm..more steak pics lol. Honey brussels sprouts, mushroom risotto, smoked garlic shrimp with another delicious flat iron steak. If I keep this up next pics will be of oatmeal LOL.

A quick egg, bacon and cheese sandwich with left over bread from last nights meal. I love using up any leftovers for meals the next day or so.

Flat Iron Steak with chili crunch and light siracha sauce. A little more done than I would like but still delicious! Tip: Make sure to take the food picture without the magazine underneath lol. Check out the foot in bottom left corner :)

Grilled Salmon with onions and zucchini! I love when outdoor cooking come back into season. Pretty basic seasoning on the Salmon and one turn on the grill. Salt, Pepper, Garlic on the veggies!
