We are looking to hire a candidate in the New Haven area to fulfill a Regional Maintenance Supervisor role

DESCRIPTION
- Paying up to 100K yearly
- Must have experience with apartment maintenance management, multiple properties, leadership role
- This person is making sure all the properties are well maintained, hiring of techs, reports directly to president
- Will oversee and manage the maintenance of 4-5 properties in the New Haven area
- Not just an office job!! Will be hands on
