2002 VW Jetta VR6 heater core leaking inside car. Also fixed up the blend doors that foam had deteriorated and causes air to come out all vents not allowing switching from defrost to floor, etc.

Reminder to change your inside cabin air filter. The pile of leaves and debris from outside cuts off airflow and leads to reduced heat and or air conditioning as well as unsavory odors sometimes as well.

Gotta love living in the rust belt. Customer was completely unaware of the danger here. Was brought in for something else. This is why routine inspections are done even on oil change visits to catch something like this before something bad happens. 2014 VW Tiguan

2015 VW Jetta 1.8 Turbo timing chain replacement

Customer asked to check oil leak. Not oil that’s leaking it’s transmission fluid from the gaping hole in it. Aftermarket c.v axles we’re installed by someone and I would guess not tightened properly and bolts loosened and plate kept smacking against trans. until it cracked a hole. Customer declined repairs and against our advisement drove back out. Told him 100% it will lock up and skid the car hopefully not causing an accident. Told him to tow it out , just can’t reason with some people. 🤷‍♂️
