Knights take care of business against Viera HS of Florida.

It's Friday, and you know what that means!

Your Catholic Memorial Knights are back on the football field, and this week we're hosting Viera HS of Florida.

We thought we were going to play our visitors from the Space Coast tonight, but the weather had different ideas, so our new kickoff time is 3:00 p.m. All tickets previously purchased are valid for the new time, and if you can't make it, you can watch the game on our YouTube page.

Exploring our new labyrinth.

This week, Mrs. Bertron's 11th-grade theology class visited the labyrinth maze in McNally Courtyard as part of an exploration of the summer read, "He Leadth Me" and the ideas of faith and trust.

Recently, cross country and track and field coach John Finn '89 presented Amar Skeete '27 with the MSTCA Spring Track and Field Athlete of the Year Award.

Skeete had one of the all-time best seasons for a CM athlete, going undefeated in the triple jump and winning the Catholic Conference, All-State, and New Balance National Championships in the event.

Don't be surprised if you're walking past a classroom and you see a member of our staff teaching. This year, some of our non-teaching staff have decided to turn their passion into a full class, allowing our students to explore new interests.

Classes include Intro to Athletic Training from athletic trainer Gillian Long,
AP Personal Finance from Assistant Director of Admissions Tim Chevette '21, Introduction to Psychology from guidance counselor Harrison Depuy, and Digital Media Production from digital content producer Robbie Moll.

This Friday, we're going to play football a little earlier than expected.

What a weekend for our Knights in college!

In Harvard's season opener, Kise Flannery '26 scored his first college touchdown with a little help from O-line member Brandon Sullivan '24!

Boubacar Traore was a menace against Michigan State, getting to the quarterback multiple times, including this rush that forced an interception.

Mekhi Dodd had a big 33-yard run for Boston College against Maine, his best run in his young career for the Eagles!

Up in New Hampshire, John Garvey '23 took third at the M.S.Souther Invite hosted by Dartmouth College. His 8K time of 24:50.6 was a season's best and helped Boston College take first in the team standings.

Will Claude '24 had a nice sack for Merrimack at nationally ranked Tarleton State University in Texas.

Also in Texas, Quincy Eutsay '21 had six tackles and a sack for West Texas A&M against Angelo State.

Finally, in the NESCAC, there was a CM reunion when Austin McCarthy '23 and Wesleyan played Carson Eutsay '25 and Middlebury!
