Aside from the fact that my hair has gotten lighter over the years, let’s look at what a difference 10 years makes. 😅 What do you see?

I see a girl who said yes to change. I see a girl who said yes to an opportunity she wasn't sure she had the time or talent to give to it. I see a girl who still said yes because she knew that saying no would mean the same ol' same ol' and that wouldn’t be enough. I see a girl who realized she was meant for so much more.

I see that in so many of you, also. Everyday I talk to you and you share that you’d like to try to build something for yourself, that you’d like to try to take hold and see what’s possible, that you’re tired of just existing. Nothing changes if nothing changes, right? So take your leap of faith and spread your wings. Don’t look back 10 years from now and wish you would’ve just said yes. Look back and be proud of the lessons learned and what you accomplished.

I’m a 4 with skinny brew and a 3 when it’s keto coffee, but I used to be a negative 5!!!! Ever since I swapped my normal coffee ☕️ a few years ago and started taking a daily gummy snack a couple months ago, my sweatpants fit even more comfortably and my energy levels stay high all throughout the afternoon. • having a platform to positively impact just one person at a time

This business has made each of those dreams a reality for me. And it’s expediting so many more not listed there yet. I can’t wait to continue sharing them all with you.

I don’t know what your dream is. I do know God will always show us a way but it’s up to us to take the first step. But with faith and a willingness to step outside the box, I can teach you how to realize your dreams WITH this. ♥︎

Thank God for skinny brew and twice the amount of caffeine as a regular cup of coffee!! Anyone else feeling it on this morning after Daylight Savings Time? The trade off for the long days ahead of us this spring and summer come with a few mornings of adjusting to that “one less hour of sleep” feeling. But you know what? I bet most of us would say a few days of tired mornings is a small trade for the longer days of life.

This is what it feels like when you make sacrifices to pursue your goals. You have to sacrifice and give up what may feel good in the now in order to go for the great. So when you feel tired, exhausted, spent, maybe you’re in tears or just not even sure if you’re where you’re supposed to be because THIS looks nothing like what you imagined it would, know that it gets messy and very ugly long before it starts to shine.

And baby girl, wipe your tears, pull your hair back, put in your biggest hoop earrings and you keep working because I also want to meet that version of you that fought for everything and never gave up.
