The first phase being 64 RV spots on Concrete Pads with FULL Hookups. The Second Phase will be Additional RV Spots, water amenities, and cabins.

We’re looking for hardworking individuals to help with:
🧹 General clean up
🌿 Brush & debris removal
🛠️ Light labor tasks
🚜 Property prep and organization

🌅 Sunset Cove RV Resort – Phase 1 Information 🌅
We’ve had a lot of questions about how Sunset Cove RV Resort & Waterpark will operate during Phase 1, so we wanted to share a quick update!
🏕️ Our RV resort guests will always come first when it comes to waterpark capacity. To help us create the best experience possible for campers and visitors, day passes to the waterpark will be available based on resort occupancy levels.
🎟️ How Day Passes Will Work
• Day passes will be released in limited quantities
• Availability will depend on how full the RV resort is that day
• All passes will be booked online through Campspot
• Advance booking will be highly recommended once reservations open
This system allows us to:
✔️ Prevent overcrowding
✔️ Maintain a fun, relaxing atmosphere
✔️ Prioritize the guest experience for our campers
✔️ Ensure a safer and more enjoyable environment for families
🌊 During Phase 1, Sunset Cove will focus on creating an amazing destination experience for both overnight guests and local families looking for a fun day at the waterpark.
