Our Story
Before I was a mom I was an Aunt Mo. It was the role of which I was most proud. One of the special people who called me Mo was my nephew Jake. Jake lost a 2 year battle with cancer when he was 4 years old. he fought valiantly and touched millions of lives. Within 4 months of his passing the lives of all of Jake's family seemed to be changing drastically for the positive. I consider these gifts of joy sent directly from Jake...straight from heaven. My gift in particular came through the miracle of adoption and one year later I had a healthy newborn baby and another on her way to me. My life was filled with Mo' Joy!
I am a full time physical therapist and have been for 20 years. I love what I do, however I 've always had a deep need to feed my creative side. I listened to my soul's urging by sharing my art through the creation of Mojoy, LLC.
This company became an avenue through which I was able to share my love of painting, scrapbooking, and jewelry- all the while teaching others to fall in love with the same through my blog, www.mymojoy.com.
