Just wanted to say we use Surface Connections for all our Counter tops and tub resurfacing and I have not been disappointed. There work is awesome I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done to there apartments. Great Job

Experience Maintenance Man with own tools must be responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition. Assist in trash pickup on the properties. Assist in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested. Maintain good relationships with other staff members, Complete all duties regarding make-ready/vacant units, service general plumbing and basic include replacing/fixing toilets, lights Switches, garbage disposal, ceiling fan, etc. HVAC Experience helpful but not required. 40 hours a week and some on Call. Must be able to lift 30 lbs or more sometimes.
