Pure Drip Wellness—a sauna & wellness studio located in WM—hosted a Holiday Market in which 20+ local vendors showcased their products & services.

What role does detoxification play in my life?

I was asked this question on a recent Q&A podcast, and the answer might surprise you. See, I often find myself disillusioned with the idea of “done for you” detox programs. Instead, I like to incorporate simple, daily practices like:

👉🏼 Avoiding toxic chemicals in your household
👉🏼 A whole foods diet
👉🏼 Coffee enemas
👉🏼 Rebounding
👉🏼 Massage and/or dry skin brushing
👉🏼 Fasting
👉🏼 Sweating
👉🏼 Breathwork

And there are a few others too, which I discuss in the podcast.

Don’t get me wrong, while there are certainly reputable detox programs and kits out there, I personally like to focus on acts of “omission” over “commission.”
