That’s a wrap on our Utah Summer Talent Appreciation Party! 👏

Over the weekend, we brought our Utah team together to celebrate six months of accomplishments, recognize the wins we’ve shared, and show appreciation for the people who make it all possible.

The government just made it easier to get into the trades.

On May 18, the U.S. Department of Education announced a final rule creating the new Workforce Pell Grant program. Beginning July 1, 2026, Pell Grants can be used for short-term workforce training programs in high-skill, in-demand fields, some as short as 8 weeks.

What does this mean? If cost has kept you from pursuing a trade, this changes things. Eligible training programs could be covered by federal grant money, getting you into the workforce faster and with little to no financial burden.
