Our PWC Centre Project is under construction in Christchurch, New Zealand. Beautiful design with the braces exposed throughout architecturally. We are looking forward to this gem being added to the newly emerging Christchurch skyline!

This article focuses on the dangers of older concrete buildings in a seismic event in LA, but is not limited to LA. Star Seismic BRBs can assist in the retrofit of these buildings, keeping the public safer.

Due to the government shutdown, the Seismic Ss and S1 design values are currently not available on the USGS website. SK Ghosh Associates (SKGA) has created a spread sheet based upon the 2009 NEHRP seismic maps (used with the 2012 IBC) providing the Ss and S1 design values associate with various degrees of Longitudes and Latitudes
