Sometimes we just need someone to hold space for us and “just listen”. Mom’s Support Mom’s is a Community that I am building to support and hold a genuine and safe space for mom’s to share. Being a new mom, a mom to one or even 3 or 4 is challenging while beautiful and rewarding at the same time. Come together once a month to share stories, concerns, get advice or vent. Chances are, we are ALL going through the same things. Depression, anxiety, mom-guilt, anger, frustration, joy, sadness and much more. Why should we do this alone? Let’s come together one night a month and build everlasting friendships. Light refreshments will be supplied along with support and love. Cost $10 to support studio. All of you are such incredible and inspiring beings. Lotus Roots holds so much gratitude for all gatherings, classes, friendships, love, space, sangha, yoga, strength and courage and peace brought here. This is a sacred space to be yourself, feel safe and welcomed. Kindness moves mountains and the world needs more light.

See for yourself. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I am grateful for you, my family, my husband, my son, oxygen and breathing, my body trust holds my soul, friendships, lotus roots, my business, my inner essence, hope, for my blessings both hard and good, my parents, my dog, for being given the gift of love, for God, for the Holy Spirit, the sun, the moon, the earth, the heavens, for our father, for all who bullied me, beat me up, hit me, hurt me, gave up on me, lied to me and broke my heart. I’m grateful for all of it. Thank you.
