To the Members of Our Community,

Thank you for the trust placed in me by our community, our officers, and our Town Council. It is an honor to serve as Chief of Police for the Pine Ridge Police Department. I serve in the role as Chief of Police with humility, a deep sense of responsibility, and a firm commitment to public service.

Public safety is not achieved by police alone. It is built through strong partnerships with residents, neighborhood leaders, businesses, faith communities, and local organizations.

This award would not have been possible without the support from members of our wonderful community. Thank you for your support. I look forward to seeing you at our Back to School Bash on July 25th.

Chief

Last night at the council meeting, Mayor Daniel Davis presented Pine Ridge Police Department’s Chief Frankie Neeley with the 2026 The Lexington County Chronicle’s Best Law Enforcement Officer award.

Congratulations on this well deserved award.

As Chief of Police, Frankie is responsible for maintaining law and order in our town, ensuring that our citizens feel safe and protected. He oversees the operations of the police department, manages and directs police personnel, and ensures that state laws and town ordinances are enforced in a fair and equitable manner.

In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the police department, he is also responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies to address public safety issues in our community. This includes collaborating with other local law enforcement agencies, community organizations, and town officials to identify and address the root causes of crimes and areas of concern while implementing effective prevention measures.

Ultimately, Chief Neeley is a vital part of our community's leadership team, working tirelessly to protect and serve our citizens, maintain public safety, while building stronger relationships with the public, our residents and local businesses.

Thank you Chief Neeley for your unwavering dedication, support and commitment to our Town. We are very fortunate to have you as our Chief.
