Hi everyone, it’s been awhile! We’ve had so much going on, haven’t been able to get into the shop; felt good to get back in there and finish up this little piece!

Work in progress…open it up and see what you find! Part of why I love rescuing furniture, etc. is because every piece has a story to tell. This piece was dug out of a side of road antique store attic. Taking the mirror out was the biggest surprise to see that stamp. It wasn’t salvageable due to deep scratches, but just to think of all the things it reflected over the last 94 years!

Fold away chairs! Any item that is practical, but easily storable is fabulous!

We’ll be back to creating soon! The new workshop is coming along fabulously. End of the week we should be able to begin putting the inside together 🪵 🔨 🤞🏻

Since it’s Saturday, figured I’d post to another fun find. Someone’s $5 trash will always be someone else’s !

As a follow up on the story I just posted. The fire happened Thanksgiving weekend, everyone is fine, but the workshop is a total loss. That includes many of our tools and projects. My goal is to repurpose what I can, but I may need some of y’all to help with suggestions and getting smell out of wood, etc. Thanks for the support and I’ll continue to post update and some of my older projects.
