Printing Issue with Loan Depot Packages

What is the problem?

Closing USA has been receiving packages where the "N" is missing within the text on certain pages, including pages where signatures are required. This issue is causing a full redraw and the need for a second closing.

What is the cause?

Some fonts used in the documents are not embedded in the PDF due to a poor PDF converter setting or quality. When you print such files, the printer driver tries to substitute the fonts but cannot find a replacement, resulting in missing characters from the text.

What is the solution?

We would LOVE if you could please implement the below steps as soon as possible.

Use Adobe Reader to open the PDF (not the browser or other PDF reader).
Make sure your Adobe Reader is updated to the most recent version.
Review the printed package to ensure there are no missing characters from the text.
If there are missing characters from the text, determine the pages with the missing characters and print those again selecting the "Print As Image" option.
