Pineview Ruritan

The Pineview Ruritan Club is part of Keep the Midlands Adopt-a-Highway program. Chris Drive is our road and our crew was out there this past Saturday. They picked up 21 bags of trash.

Our latest meeting tonight was highly successful, with a fish fry hosted by Keith and Butch, the addition of Cornerstone Methodist Church to our network of supported food pantries, and the presentation of a sponsorship check to the American Legion Post 79 for Boys & Girls State! We also welcomed Dylan Catledge as our newest Youth Member!

Gary and President Rick carried 168 pairs of shoes to Keep The Midlands Beautiful . One of the many projects of the Environment Committee.

We enjoyed feeding the City of West Columbia Public Works employees today at lunch! A small way of showing our appreciation for what they do for our community!

🎃 EVENT ALERT 🎃 Join Mt. Hebron UMC, , and the Pineview Ruritan for our Community Fall Festival on Sunday, October 26th from 4:30pm-6:30pm in the Family Life Center parking lot!
It will be a great afternoon of fun for the whole family. We'll have ten vendors selling their wares, food, inflatables, Trunk or Treat (including ones from the National Guard and the Lexington County Sheriff's Department), a hayride and tractors, games and the Hallelujah Cake Walk.
The DEA will also be on hand to present their "One Pill Can Kill" Red Ribbon Week Campaign.
