🚨 Criminals Should Pay for Crimes, Not Gun Makers
The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear a challenge to a New York law that allows lawsuits against firearm manufacturers, distributors, and dealers.
This is a troubling move because it could expose lawful businesses to lawsuits for crimes committed by criminals.
🔹 The Court did not rule on whether the law is constitutional—it simply chose not to take the case.
🔹 The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) says criminals who illegally misuse lawful products should be held accountable for the harm they cause—not the companies that legally make and sell those products.
As this debate continues, many gun owners are asking a simple question:
