My Chocolate “Dubai” cakes have been a hit at markets. It’s not just a hype guys, it’s delicious!! 🤤 I was recently asked to make a birthday cake version and received great feedback. 🥰 if you know me, you know how much I love birthdays, so this meant a lot to me. 🥳

This is a scratch-made MOIST 2-tier chocolate cake with a center filled with pistachio cream and toasted crispy kadayif (shredded pastry) and iced with a scratch made whipped chocolate ganache. 🤎

Good morning, everyone! We have some good news and some bad news.

The Good News: We had an INCREDIBLE market last night and completely SOLD OUT of baklava! Thank you to everyone who came by.

The Bad News: Unfortunately, this means we will not be attending this morning.

I take pride in quality, and the full process of prepping, baking, soaking, and packing a fresh batch simply can’t be rushed. There wasn’t enough time to do it right after such a busy night.
I am so sorry if you planned on seeing us today!

WE’RE BACK!! And we can’t wait to see everyone new and returning 🥰

This summer, I took a step back from markets to recharge and had the incredible opportunity to travel the Mediterranean. It was a season full of inspiration, new flavors, and memories I’ll carry into both life and baking.

I had originally planned to return to markets this September, but with the recent passing of my grandmother, I’ll be taking a little more time with family. I will be back in October, and I look forward to seeing all of you then with fresh energy (and maybe even some new creations inspired by my travels).

Firstly, I want to thank everyone for all the support since I started in 2023. This summer we’re taking a break from markets and doing some traveling!
