This alternate dwelling unit’s design is practical while also providing a cozy, comfortable space in which to live. Featuring two-car garage and laundry space on the first floor, and the second floor is split neatly in half with bedrooms on one side and living and eating space on the other.

This building was designed to add to Cashmere, Washington's growing downtown district. It contains office spaces and a retail area on the ground floor the to be the home of a production company. Upstairs is a one and two bedroom apartment, each having private and public balconies. The roof is lined with windows, flooding the living spaces with natural light. Private and public parking surrounds the building, giving the residents, workers and visitors easy access to the building and the growing downtown of Cashmere including two great restaurants on the same block.

Designed to sit nestled in the beautiful Cascade mountains of central Washington, this home creates a refuge from the great outdoors while still being one with nature. This family home has three bedrooms and plenty of space for family events and entertaining. A balcony off the master bedroom blurs the lines between inside and outside and the grand entrance is a site to behold.
