And we’re making our way through three months of missed appointments, thank you for your patience!
Like everywhere else, your visit here will look different. Take note of the following
🤎🤍🖤
-Wear your mask preferably a one use kind, or one you don’t mind getting color on
-Come on your own. Sadly the days of bringing your bestie (or child) with you are behind us, for now
-Please DO NOT walk in at your appointment time. Your stylist will give you a call or shoot you a text when it is safe to come in!
-Wash your hands at one of our designated hand washing stations
-Please fill out our Health Questionnaire. For your safety, our safety, and the safety of every other Tousled Guest🤍
-Shopping is different around here. Ask for our assistance, we will gladly get your product for you!
-Please do not be alarmed when a towel is over your face at the shampoo bowl
-We have a new Exit, and we will show you the way out!
-We don’t make the rules, we just follow them!

As you have heard we are in phase 1.5
Tousled has come to the decision that we will continue to stay closed until we reach Phase 2 which is soon to follow! Your safety and ours is our priority!
We are anxious and excited to get back to work, but In phase 1.5 we are limited to only 1 stylist and one guest at a time, due to our boutique size salon. We would prefer to take care of you all in an efficient manner, rather than extending our enormous wait list.
Once our meeting with health officials is complete, and know our space is in compliance with the safety guidelines, your stylist will be in contact with you!
We appreciate your understanding and your patience. It means so much!

Thank you guys for being as patient + understanding + supportive as you have been. We appreciate you more than you know!
Still there is no definitive reopen date. We are part of Phase 2, and we will do our absolute best to get all of you rescheduled! We have a whole list of new compliance’s and we are working on what your visits, scheduling, and days at Tousled will be looking like.
Until we are up and running, our virtual store is open to shop. Don’t go without your favorite products! If you have questions about new products, DM us!
We miss you all so much and hope you’re staying healthy and keeping it together as best as you can 💕

Today is National Hairstylist Appreciation Day✨
To be told we’re non essential is difficult to hear. Understandable considering the current global condition, yet still hard to swallow.
We’ve been there for some of your sweetest moments and some of your hardest. We’ve laughed together and cried together. Stories have been shared and some secrets too.
