WV Tech Digital Media Arts students, Grace Hodges (Cashmere HS) and Kyler Mecham (Joyful Scholars) won first place in Digital Cinema Production at the SkillsUSA Washington Regional Competition. They will be attending the State Competition in April.

WV Tech's Digital Media Arts students Carson Sellers (WHS) and Cory Stanfield (Chelan HS) livestreamed the Wenatchee Bighorns games to the TBL TV (www.tbltv.tv) on Friday and Sunday, with Eastmont student Jackson Dodd announcing.

WV Tech students competed at the SkillsUSA State Competitions in Tacoma over the weekend. Hunter Diggs and Garrett Anderson took home Gold Medals in Collision Repair. Also in competitions were Jessie Chiprez and Aaron Madrigal (Culinary Arts), Ethan Leonard and Carson Sellers (Digital Media Arts).

Our Digital Media Arts students got hired by Skeeterbuggins Productions to live stream, record, and send video to the two video walls at Wenatchee's "Rails and Ales" event this weekend. Hats off to Jarod Breshears (Skeeterbuggins) and Mike Locke (PAC) for the employment and technical guidance, respectively. What a success!
