Front porch (Deck) about done.. Installed the railings today and cleaned it up.

Just waiting on the rest of the fascia boards to show up (Thanks to COVID) to finish it up.

Now onto the next one.

Another completed job..
Before and after pics:

New tile floor
New dryer vent
Shiplap on ceiling
New trim on base, windows, doors, crown
And small broom closet in the corner

1)Finish clean up, and grout tile
2)Install shiplap on the rest of the ceiling
3)Istall cedar trim around windows, doors, and base
4)Build a small broom closet
5)Install washer/dryer

DECKING DIVISION

Just finishing up this project!

Extended this deck out 8-feet, creating an extra 95 square feet of deck space.

We also incorporated a deck cover into the deck as well. Using 4x6 posts, and 4x8 beams along with a ledger board tied into the house itself.

(The pictures are ordered after to before.)

Next steps- finishing up the railings, and metal roofing, which will arrive next week.
