We are a collection of runners, cyclists, triathletes, hikers, climbers, paddlers, skiiers, hockey players, football players, firemen, policemen, and fitness enthusiasts, and more, who are looking for more from their training regimen. Our facility looks and feels like an adult playground featuring daily circuits which combine elements of running, jumping, climbing, pushing, pulling, dragging, lifting, and carrying stuff, all with the purpose of improving ourselves for our chosen activities.
