Game Day! 10,000 Square Foot Home Inspection

One of the most interesting homes I have Inspected. Very much themed, and inspired by old world castle construction.

Definitely a WOW moment for me today. This is an Unbelievable shot of Formosen termite activity. These are the most destructive of all termites we have here in South Florida. They are so ferocious that even drywall doesn't stop them as you can see here in the photo.

One of the most common questions we get when it comes to Termites is "ARE THEY ACTIVE" Most of the time it's hard to say but sometimes we actually observe Live Subterranean Termites.

Old cloth jacketed wiring strung across the attic entry. Not only is this a fire hazard, but a serious hazard to anyone entering the attic.

What not to do when remodeling a Condo... Put the Electrical panel behind the Refrigerator. These types of things most people wont notice when doing an initial walk through, but a Home Inspector will notice in the first 5 minutes.

This home was one of the more interesting structures I have inspected. Home of a distinguished Miami based architect this photo does no justice. The inside, natural lighting, guest home, and water features were truly amazing.
