We have some big news! Elevation Beef is now Miraflora Wagyu. Long story short, we’ve partnered with Miraflora Farms, a family-run, USDA-certified organic farm out of Boulder County, Colo., to enhance our customer experience and expand our online Wagyu beef offerings. Miraflora has been an organic farm since before that was a thing, and they have 160 acres of organic grazing land on which to raise Wagyu right. Elevate Your Beef
Don’t settle for chewy, flavorless beef. Our pasture-crafted beef has all of the health benefits of grass-fed beef with a delicious flavor that comes from the beer mash we supplement from Old Colorado Brewing and a 21 day aging process. Our cattle spend their whole lives on pasture located in Wellington, CO and we pride ourselves on raising happy cows with never any added hormones, antibiotics or feed additives.
As a family run, small business, our goal is to raise cattle humanely and with animal management techniques that produce the best tasting beef around for your family. We offer freezer beef in 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 cow packages or a quarter subscription box that won’t overtake your freezer. You can also find us at the Winter Farmers Market in the Opera Galleria in downtown Fort Collins, CO to purchase smaller packages or cuts by the pound.
