We are a non-profit 501c3 combining our love of horses to help children and adults with life's challenges. They have combined their efforts for over 12 years.

Tricia (an Occupational Therapist) and John (an individual with Cerebral Palsy) have always wanted to use the horses they love to help others with challenges in life. First as Turning Point Therapy; then forming Morning Star Ranch (a not-for-profit) in 2014, to help individuals challenged by disability or special needs. John's love for horses helped him during his transitional years into adulthood

We're so happy to have Casey back. He went bowling, fed the chickens and then gave Luke some love. It was a fun day!

Hello friends. We need help this coming Saturday May 9th. A large group of 12 children are coming out for a farm experience. Not all are riding. Someone who has experience with special needs children to help them with crafts and keep them focused. Please contact us asap. Thank you for your consideration.

Tricia is an Occupational Therapist who has been applying Hippotherapy in her field for over 20 years.

Hippotherapy Equine-assisted therapy encompasses a range of treatments that involve activities with horses and other equines to promote human physical and mental health. A lack of high-quality studies, particularly assessing the efficacy of EAT for mental health treatment, have raised concerns that these therapies should not replace or divert resources from other evidence-based therapies.
