We are grateful for the wonderful experience with our partner Honigman this year! Not only did Honigman volunteers share their time, encouragement, and enthusiasm with their reading buddies at Stevenson Elementary, but the firm also sponsored gift bags for each student in Metro Detroit. Thank you to everyone at Honigman for your support, and we can’t wait for next year!

We had a great time last night at our annual Greater Boston Team Trivia Night! We raised $14,000 for the Read Aloud Mentoring Program, and had fun doing it. Our winners this year were the team from Boston Trust Walden, led by Board member Dan Le who also won last year! Congrats to the winning team after a close game, and thanks to everyone for the support and enthusiasm!

We’ve had wonderful end of year celebrations over the last couple of weeks! The Read Aloud Mentoring Program has come to a close for this school year. We are so proud of all of our students for their hard work this year, and grateful to our volunteers for dedicating their time. We’re also thankful for our funding partners, who ensure that we can continue to run this program without taking from school resources. We wish everyone a great summer!
These photos are from our Harmony Grove and Condon schools!

We are very proud to be one of the organizations supported by Cambridge Community Foundation! It’s an honor for our work in Cambridge to be recognized, along with so many wonderful organizations. In the face of challenging times, the funding we received from CCF this spring is supporting our Cambridge schools. Thank you for helping make this possible Cambridge Community Foundation!
CCF's annual Community Fund is our broadest investment in Cambridge nonprofits, and our widest lens on the city. This spring, 157 organizations received a total of $1.37 million across child and youth development, arts and culture, education, housing, food security, health and wellbeing, economic security, community building, and the environment. That breadth is how we track what's changing in Cambridge and where the need is growing.
It's also a shared investment. Donor-advised fund holders and other local funders expanded what was possible this year by co-investing alongside CCF and contributing 46 percent of this year’s funding pool, allowing us to reach organizations we otherwise couldn't. We're grateful for every person who chose to be part of that.
We built renewal grants and consolidated the Community Fund into one cycle because we wanted the process to embody the values we hold around trust-based philanthropy. Trust runs through every part of this program. Reviewers give their time and knowledge. Nonprofits open their work to outside assessment. Donors invest without directing the outcome. We try to honor all of it—in how we design the application to minimize administrative burden, how we give feedback to applicants, and how we stay present as partners throughout the year.
Congratulations to this year's grantees and thank you to everyone who made this cycle possible. Learn more about our FY26 Community Fund partners in our press release: https://cambridgecf.org/community-fund-2026
