We were thrilled to learn from a manager at a large regional bank that new account openings by her team of financial advisors have increased by over 20% in just three months—a result directly attributable to the client conversation skills they learned in one of our signature programs, Advanced Consultative Selling Skills. Additional factors that led to these impressive results include consistent follow-up coaching and reinforcement of the skills that build trust, uncover and address client needs, and exceed their expectations.

How quickly can you build strong relationships with clients and increase team member engagement? Maybe more quickly than you think. Our client, a senior vice president from a regional bank, recently shared this success story: “We have seen a 36% increase in Net Promotor Scores and a 26% decrease in turnover within the first year of implementing IPG’s relationship-building skills and coaching skills solutions, with the biggest improvements seen in the regions that are actively following IPG’s coaching model.”
How do you get two different departments to work more efficiently together? That’s the challenge one of our clients, a regional bank, was facing with their front-office and back-office teams. During our Building Team Collaboration workshop, they identified how and why their approaches to the same challenges varied. They then learned how to leverage their teamwork styles to achieve the best outcomes.
The results were profound. Team members demonstrated greater appreciation for one another and more willingness to collaborate in different ways. This led to faster turnaround of processing applications, greater teamwork, and higher morale.
